  Poor service, ladie didn't have her mask on and would not serve me unless i was masked, i social distanced and stated i do not feel comfortable wearing one for personal reasons. Was happy to have a conversation about there regulations that they cant serve me without one, which took longer than it would of to have served me! And i did not see any notices on the front entrance prior to me entering.

  What a joke. Wouldn’t serve me because I didn’t have a mask even though I was only getting take away. Happy to not give them my custom.

  I was working nearby didn’t have a mask on me. Young girl/boy wouldn’t serve me. There was no one else around. After reading the reviews maybe I should thank her. 10/10 for government compliance 0/10 for customer service. I hope this business is making a lot of money to be turning away paying customers.

  2 older women working there tonight, neither wearing masks. As I approached the counter I was greeted and then the server put a mask on and asked where mine was, I told her I don't have one. She said she can't serve me. I said "no worries" and left.
  
  I have an exemption but I'm tired of having to have this conversation with people.
  
  I went to Doblos for lunch a week ago, there was a lovely young girl wearing a mask the whole time who wasn't rude and didn't judge, just took my order and left me be. Be more like her ladies, set an example right from the start if you expect customers to wear masks in your establishment, you wear them too!

  Terrible fish n chips shop, came in to order for me and my family, the lady question me about my mask I told her I have a medical condition, she then went on and asked to see my medical reports and doctors certificate, I was gobb smacked. Couldn't believe the way she spoke to me not to mention she wasn't even wearing a mask herself.. ended up going to a better fish n chip shop spending my money else where. Honestly terrible costumer service, over priced always have food in that heated cabinet wonder how long it's been sitting there for when the shop is bloody empty
