More then once my Autoship has not been sent, most recently the funds taken from my account but no order sent out, our dog has server health issues and needs to feed she is on. I phoned and requested a refund as I had found the food locally and was told the order had magically been sent that afternoon so they are unable to refund the order. I didn't receive any order confirmation or invoice.
My husband and I had been told from multiple staff that they are aware of the Autoship system failing, so why not have someone check on the orders?
